Robert M. Steenbergh - Founder, CEO

Robert founded U.S. Equity Advantage in 2005 and takes an active role in overseeing all aspects of operations, banking, and compliance.

A former trial attorney from New York City, Robert spent five years exclusively representing dealers and finance companies prior to taking over Wizard Finance Systems, a sub-prime automotive software company, in 1997. Under his leadership, annual revenues increased 300% per year and in 2001 the company was acquired by LeaseLink, where he served as a director for an additional two years.

In 2003, Robert co-founded MenuVantage, a premier web-based menu selling system, at which he served as co-CEO until the company was acquired by Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in 2009. From startup until its acquisition MenuVantage continually led the industry in innovation, growth and dealer body. The MenuVantage software continues to be used in thousands of dealerships today. Robert also serves as Co-CEO of Superior Integrated Solutions, Inc.
